1. Requirements: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unworn, in the same condition as when received, and returned in its original packaging. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date. You can contact us via our social media channels or at Anura.kundenservice@gmail.com.

If it states that the sale is final or the item is non-refundable, you cannot request a refund.

2. Return procedure: To initiate a return, please contact us within the 30-day period at I Please email Anura.kundenservice@gmail.com and provide your order details and the reason for the return. Our customer service team will guide you through the return process. Please ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

3. Returns: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance to ensure the safe return of the item.

4. Refund Process: Once we receive the returned item and verify its suitability (this can be done by providing a photo of the item), we will process the refund within 5 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at Anura.kundenservice@gmail.com

5. Exclusions: Certain items, such as personalized or custom-made products, cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt. Sale items or clearance items are also non-returnable.

If a customer wishes to return an item that has not yet been delivered, we will not accept it. You can return it once you have received it. We also do not offer refunds if a customer does not accept their package at their doorstep or at the collection point. (If an item is delivered to a collection point and not picked up, we charge a €10 administration fee.) If you regret your order and wish to cancel it, you must collect the package and then return it to us. This way, it will not be registered as an "undelivered" package!
